Job location: NE3Brilliant engineer called Dave who found the problem with my Mitsubishi heat pump in just 20 minutes, after two separate companies struggle to fix the problem. Really nice knowledgeable guy, and lovely helpful Office staff. I've signed up to the annual service plan on their website. Won't use anyone else now for my heat pump.
