Be careful when negotiating with this company. They keep changing their word. They give you one price over the phone, but when they arrive, they ask for more money and leave you with no option to bargain. It was a very frustrating experience, and I am not happy with their service.

On arrival, the condition of the property and the amount of work required were greater than described, including heavy dust and additional tasks of moving furnitures around. This was explained clearly before any work began, and a revised price was agreed in advance. We value transparency and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.
