  We are so pleased with the full renovation Yiltan and his team undertook in our flat. Yiltan has exceptional eye for detail, and really cares about the quality of the finish. Him and his team were very punctual, and always contactable making communication very easy. We highly recommend Yiltan.

  Yiltan built an outhouse for me in my back garden

  Yiltan built me an outhouse at the back of my garden with utilities. The workmanship was second to none and would highly recommend this tradesman to anyone. Very easy going man to work with and the tradesmen he used were very highly skilled and very professional.

  We recently had Legacy Renovation Group work do some work for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Yilton and the team did an outstanding job, delivering work to an exceptionally high standard. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect—they were punctual every morning, put in solid shifts, and consistently kept the place tidy throughout the project. Their attention to detail really stood out. They also went above and beyond by offering valuable advice and suggestions we hadn’t considered, which made the final product even better than we expected.

  Amazing workmanship, fair pricing, wonderful to work with

  Yiltan and his team renovated my whole house for me - the first time I had done any renovations. He was fantastic, providing me with really sound advice on what to do, not pushing for the most costly option but the best one for the house and my budget! His carpentry is amazing, his team wonderful. My neighbours couldn’t believe how quiet and considerate they were (I still get comments on it 6 months later), and the house looks amazing. Thank you Yiltan and team for the amazing work, I couldn’t have been luckier to have found you!

  Excellent builder. Flexible and patient as we were making (and changing) design decisions as he was doing the work. Made considered recommendations to resolve issues that arose. Brought an excellent team of professionals and was happy working alongside other trades we had booked directly. Very happy with the finish and friendliness. Good value for money. Would definitely use again.
