The workmanship was good overall, although the threshold strips were not secured and were simply left in place, meaning they move when walked on. The main issue was communication. We were close to cancelling due to repeated difficulties getting responses but continued after assurances this would improve. Unfortunately, it did not. Following a mix-up over the runner installation date, we repeatedly had to chase for confirmation and alternative dates, often receiving no response for extended periods. The job was completed, but the poor communication made the process unnecessarily frustrating.

cracking job from start to finish. early arrival each morning with a late finish to get as much done as possible. 80m2 of both plywood and LVT fitted within 2.5 days. highly recommend

We had LVT flooring fitted recently by Graeme and his colleague and we couldn’t be happier. The floor looks fantastic. They visited first to confirm our measurements, recommended the grouting and laid a level floor. They’ve done a very professional job and the bathroom feels transformed. They worked quickly and efficiently. We would use them again without hesitation and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Murray flooring and will definitely use them again in the future if we have any other flooring needs. Graeme and Brad removed carpets from two bedrooms and put down LVT in its place. They were very friendly, professional and efficient throughout the process and I don't have a bad word to say about the quality of the work or products used. Turned up 3 days after we first made contact through Checkatrade and the job took them less than half a day, all for a competitive price. Very happy.

These guys are fantastic, we have used them twice and both times they’ve been great at communicating the process and flexible surrounding fitting and very happy to explain the product. We intend to use these guys again whenever we need flooring. 10/10
