  Knowledgeable, reliable and willing to take on difficult jobs

  We contacted Murdock with a list of plumbing jobs, one of which had been turned down by two previous plumbers as too tricky: a shower pump that needed replacing from an extremely awkward position. They came out to quote and assessed that, although it would be a difficult job, they could do it. That's exactly what they did; they made a plan and returned to carry out the job efficiently and as quoted. Their communication was excellent via phone, text and email and they arrived punctually on the agreed days. They showed themselves to be both knowledgeable and reliable. We'll use them again!

  Replacement of a Flush Connecting Pipe

  Excellent communication throughout with an estimate visit four hours later and a confirmed price just 2 hours after that. Work speedily completed on the following day by Junior and John; punctual, very customer-oriented, respectful of my property. My 'go-to' plumber, now, whom I will recommend to anyone looking for their skills.

  Excellent service

  We had a leaking tap in the bathroom & I contacted Murdock plumbing & maintenance. They came out the same day to have a look. They turned up the next day to fit the new tap. Very happy with the quick turn around. We were very pleased with the service they provided. We will definitely being using them again.

  Leak from the boiler

  Junior was excellent from start to finish. When we discovered a leak coming through the ceiling related to our boiler, he responded quickly and calmly, guiding us over the phone on how to shut off the water. He went above and beyond by coming out to us late in the evening. He quickly identified that the issue was caused by a faulty part installed by our boiler fitter only a year ago, replaced it efficiently, and gave helpful advice on drying out the affected walls and electricals. Professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout. Highly recommended.
