  External Wall Insulation

  Garage converted to livable area had poor insulation making the space always cold. Azem removed the cladding and thin layer of insulation, cemented the open brick layers, layered thick insulation and plastered with good rendering. Once curated, plastic curation exterior finish with silicon pointing was completed. Whole work was done with good quality and cleanliness. He left the property in clean state, took all cement waste away as well. Additional work of tiles above, cleaning gutters and fixed broken gutters. l recommend Azem & Murati Construction for any similar work.

  Leak in shower cabin

  Tradesperson was very responsive. He came out to make an assessment and provide a quote for the work. Once we agreed to go ahead with work he was prompt and provided frequent updates on the work carried out which involved removing and replacing just the loose tiling without making the job bigger than it needed to be. Work was carried out to a high standard. Did not leave any mess. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

  Bedroom rendering

  Mr Murati was very quick to arrive and provide the quote. Finished the work within the number of days stated and was very respectful of the property. Quality of the work is great. Will be getting in touch if any work is required doing again.

  Silicon rendering

  Murati construction came to my house and looked at the job that needed to be done. Which was plastering inside the whole house inside and he made silicon rendering outside the house. He came over when we arranged for him to come. He gave us a quotation which I think was reasonable price. The work he did was an amazing job inside and outside. When he finished he made sure to clean up after himself and made sure the place was nice and tidy. I strongly recommend him to others.
