Multi-therm were excellent from beginning to end. They got in touch pretty quickly after I posted the job and communications with their team was prompt and answer my questions. The survey was quickly arranged and after that a date set for the work. The work on site was from 8am through to 1pm and was efficient with no need to enter the premises. The walls outside were filled such that you could not even see where the holes had been drilled and even the ones on my white back wall are hard to see as they even painted over the mortar with white paint. Overall highly recommended.

At every step of the process, Multi-Therm Ltd. were professional, efficient, polite and informative. From initial contact, to survey and quotation and onto installation and invoicing, they demonstrated all of the above. I'd recommend them to anyone. P.S. having had the work completed just over a month ago now, we've noticed a definite improvement in the temperature in our house, resulting in having to reduce the setting on our thermostat. Excellent!

So impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of this company! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Happy to answer any and all questions. Obviously the proof is in the pudding and the impact during the cold weather was immediately noticeable. There have been no issues and a certificate issued through the post to confirm the work had been completed in line with regulations. Very efficient.

The guys were friendly and efficient from the start. They explained what they would do and worked professionally throughout. The place was left clean at the end of the job. Would definitely recommend them.
