At every step of the process, Multi-Therm Ltd. were professional, efficient, polite and informative. From initial contact, to survey and quotation and onto installation and invoicing, they demonstrated all of the above. I'd recommend them to anyone. P.S. having had the work completed just over a month ago now, we've noticed a definite improvement in the temperature in our house, resulting in having to reduce the setting on our thermostat. Really cant recomend this firm enough. From quotation, site visit through to completion they were superb. Really friendly staff, Angela and Martin really helpful and date fixed promptly. The two men who did the job were very efficient and tidy, and showed me the condition of the cavity on the boroscope at regular untervals. Job completed in good time and brickwork restored to original state. Highly recomended.
