Multi wall fixings eg shelves, pictures. Also redoing sealant in shower room, sink unclog, etc

The person didn't turn up at the agreed time so I tried ringing and texts. Eventually got through to the boss who came over himself and said he would do the job. Everything going well but the bathroom sealant is awful, no straight lines anywhere, blobs of sealant dripped onto wall and left on floor. Asked him to come back and re-do, which he said he would, but now ghosting me. Very disappointed.

This company can be recommended by me, they were courteous, informative as he got stuck in traffic and continued to phone let me know how far and again when was near, he did an excellent job, was very friendly and polite and helpful as a disabled person I really appreciated this, he was so good I am going to give him more work, we'll done to this company its a number I'm keeping and recommending to friends I was impressed all round. Thank you

Helped us out by making time to do the job ASAP as we were working on a time sensitive clear out before work starting the day after. Work was clean, tidy and exactly as needed. Will happily get them back for more work.
