Overall very happy with the smooth transaction. Gentlemen rurned up promptly to provide quote, and did the job next day (they even came earlier than agreed which in my books a positive thing!) White the repairs arr just been done so will see how it will stand the test of time- definitely satisfied with the quality of service after so many disappointing tradsemen it is a refreshing change. Would recommend!

Joe and team were friendly very polite. Seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Kept me well informed. Done a great job at reasonable price compared to others and I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.

Ferns seeded and growing around two separate 2nd floor dormer windows. Joe & Julian completed a great job of removal with roots, applied weedkiller and left everything looking slick and span afterwards. They also replaced two missing tiles which we hadn’t known about and we’ve agreed one or two more pieces of work required in Spring - with no obligation placed on us at all. Multi Fix have a great attitude to the work they are doing - and from a customer viewpoint, having experts in charge is a real positive outcome.

A slight leak in the kitchen roof. Couldn't tell where it was coming from. Lead flashing had come away from the joins which was corrected. Hopefully, that will stop the leaks.

Cementing on part of roof’s ridge tiles had worn resulting in leaking that made its way indoors through extractor fan opening in the bathroom, requiring urgent repairs. Joe and team carried out the work swiftly at the next available dry window of opportunity, and appropriately advised on what type of “ridge system” could help. Upon subsequent discussion and considerations appropriate level of work was carried out that resulted in Joe and team re-cementing and pointing the ridge tiles with additional felt added where needed.
