  New Conservatory, New Double Glazed Windows and Repainting Interior

  I engaged Mulas Construction, to build a conservatory with glass roof, at the back of my three story town house in Lee, London. Bledi and his team were very professional, good time keepers and left house tidy each day. Also worked Saturdays to ensure finished on time. Was finished within quoted cost, very pleased with end finish and now like an extra room, with underfloor electric heating. While on site agreed to replace my old windows with modern double glazing very pleased did so in two days. He also installed bannisters on two stairs as previous owner had never installed. Also repainted interior.

  Building an extension, full-refurbishing of the existing house, levelling the front and back garden.

  Having had bought a property in Bromley, I was looking for a trustworthy builder, one I could work. I was very lucky to meet Bledi (of MULAS Construction) who was highly recommended by my architect. The work involved building a large extension, refurbishing existing house/bathrooms complete with under floor heating, lighting, tiling and fittings. This also included fitting my kitchen, skylights and bi-fold doors. The whole works was executed very smoothly, professionally and I would personally highly recommend this excellent team. I am very proud of what we've achieved, which is a beautiful.

  Kitchen extension

  I had Bledi and his team carry out a small kitchen extension. The promised time frame was 5-7 weeks but it took about 12 weeks which was still quite fast. Their work ethic is great and so is the attention to detail. The initial quote wasn't very professional though and I was stung with added extras that weren't adequately communicated or quoted to me during the build process. Ultimately the given quote was way lower than the final cost but quality of the work they carried out and the speed was better than previous builders I had dealt with in Surrey. I'd definitely use again.

  Replacement of internal plaster, new radiator, new front door step

  Bledi and his team did a great job for us. The quality of all three jobs is excellent, the whole team were a pleasure to work with and extremely tidy. Constant communication from Bledi so we always knew what was going on. I will definitely be calling Mulas for any work I need in thw future, would definitely recommend.

  They were there 6 days a week and at times 7 days. Never missed a day and stick to agreed times.
