Very happy with the communication ahead of the work as well as quality of work carried out by the two guys that came to complete the work for us. They were friendly and got on with the work needed immediately as well as filling some extra holes we hadn't noticed. The reason for the rating not being higher is because of two main things. The first being damage to our kitchen table which we weren't told about. The second being the amount of mess left both out front of our property and throughout the entire house with caulking on the carpets, drywall debris and dripped mud on several items.

Jack did a fantastic job plastering some tricky areas in my home, including awkward corners and around doorways. He was professional and clearly takes pride in his work. The finish is smooth and flawless — highly recommended!

MTZ BUILDING SERVICES worked extremely hard to complete a large wall in my hallway which lead to the landing and a skylight, including archway. I am so pleased with the professional finished they have provided and the team are very polite, trustworthy, respectful and had great communication skills including keeping the place tidy, thank you so much for making another part of my renovations come true I hope to see you again in the future to complete the back bedroom. I also have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone, who is looking to have skimming carried out.

MTZ skimmed bedroom walls and were booked in to skim the ceiling. There were several issues: - They stated an 8:30 arrival for the work, however by 8:30 they had not arrived. I called at 8:37, at which point they said they had to take something to Bath. They ultimately arrived at 10:46 - They had very unprofessional conversation all day (which sounded distracting) - The finished result had mistakes which really shouldn't be there (images attached) - Evening (8pm) before the ceiling job, they stated they couldn't attend due to not having the right ladder and were not proactive in rebooking it

Plastered the kitchen ceiling and did a fantastic job. Kept up communication at all times. Delivered what was expected with great customer service.

MTZ have been great to deal with, with prompt responses to questions good communication. Jack, who undertook the work, was really polite, tidy and provided a great end result. I would certainly recommend.
