They came on time, had all the right tools, were pleasant and friendly. They did the job quickly and efficiently.

Mark from MTS electrical and renewables Ltd. Provided a great service. He kept me informed. Regarding when the part would arrive and that he would fit it the same. He contacted the day before. To see if he could come at a particular time. I said that was fine. But, if he could come earlier. It would be appreciated. He said he would try. He rang me about an hour before he was due to arrive and said he'll be with me in 20bmins. He was very friendly (great customer service), he fitted the part. Tested it to make sure it was heating up once again. I paid and thanked him for fixing my oven.

I was Very impressed firstly by Mark's quick communication, his quote was perfectly reasonable. Also impressed by the fact Mark was able to do on the day I requested time was perfect for me as well. On the day Mark was early and professionally respected my property and did the job quickly. In fact I've already booked Mark for my next job in a couple of weeks. I cannot recommend MTS enough.
