I hired M&T Removals for a home move and was met with unprofessional behavior and inadequate service. The team underestimated the move, resulting in a shortage of space, extra trips, and unanticipated charges. Several items were damaged, including valuable electronics and furniture, but the company has not provided compensation or a satisfactory response to multiple follow-ups. Communication has ceased, leaving issues unresolved. Potential customers should be wary of these significant shortcomings. Currently seeking mitigations
