  Bath Leak Fix

  I hired Marc Thomas to fix a leaky bath recently and he didn't disappoint. He wasted no time in figuring out the cause of the problem and quickly got it repaired whilst keeping the cost to a minimum. Its great to meet a tradesman who's friendly, knowledgeable and trust worthy. I highly recommend him and would definitely call on his services again.

  Mark carried out our hob fitting. From the outset he was friendly, communicative and thoroughly professional. He fully explained all the procedures he would be doing and completed them all in a timely manner. He also completed the job, including thorough testing of all aspects. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any prospective customer.

  Great value and service

  We sent an enquiry about work on a Sunday night. Marc responded that evening and provided a quote the following morning. He arrived on time on the day the work was booked and had to come back the following day through no fault of his own (which he charged nothing extra for). His work was to a high standard. His communication excellent throughout and he was very polite and tidy.

  Fit new shower cubicle

  The project was to fit a new shower cubicle in an existing bathroom. It was a challenging piece of work because it’s a very old house. Marc’s approach to planning the work was very professional. He responded promptly to the enquiry and provided excellent design proposals and quotation. He also provided a lot of value added by solving all the problems that the project presented. The installation was completed on time and on budget using high-quality materials .I am absolutely delighted when the end result and it was a pleasure to have Marc around. I would highly recommend using this company.

  Plumbing job.

  Accepted an email quote, I called to select a day as I was given various day/repair options, I was asked if I could be called back in 15 minutes no call bk came. No more communication. Poor service, this kind of company gives CAT a bad name unfortunately for having service companies that waste people's time.

  Thanks for the feedback. I apologise for not getting back to you sooner. Very rarely an accepted quote may slip through the cracks, as it seems to have this time. I pride myself on communication as shown in my other reviews, I am ever so sorry.
