Marc replied on the same evening as I requested the job and booked in within the week. He was amazing! He was on time, checked all the bits and pieces and explained how it all works which means I can be confident that I’m using my appliances safely. Since this job in December I’ve booked him in for other jobs around the house. He is really polite and easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and knows his craft! I highly recommend him.

Marc came over to do our boiler service today and the experience was very good. He was friendly and professional throughout. He kept me informed about when he was arriving and clearly explained how long the service would take. Everything was done smoothly and without any hassle.
