Great communication with Matt. Listened, came up with solutions, provided what we wanted, which in this case was not a full finish, but a box with structural elements all in and New drainage sorted. His team were polite friendly and helpful. Great experience. Cannot recommend highly enough

I have no hesitation in recommending MTP Contracts Ltd. Matt and his team were reliable, well organized, helpful and discussed all aspects of the work, keeping us well informed. The team were polite and kept the site tidy with minimum disruption. Very pleased with the end result.

Ground floor extension

I have recently had a ground floor extension completed by MTP contracts. Matt was knowledgeable in all aspects of building work from start to finish. All of the tradesmen were polite and respectful and kept the site clean and tidy. I would highly recommend MTP contracts for anyone looking for a builder.

Matt and his team were great! The job was well coordinated and organised, and completed on schedule. As importantly, the job was completed on budget. All the tradesmen were polite, respectful and fun to have around, and appreciative of a regularly replenished biscuit tin! They kept the site clean and tidy, and secure throughout. We would recommend them unreservedly.
