Mike fitted a new distribution board and performed an electrical safety check on the whole house. His communication and promptness of response was excellent. Where some things were unsafe he immediately quoted to rectify them and booked a time slot to do the corrective work within a couple of weeks. Thanks Mike we have safe electrics and our certificate to prove it. Great service 👍

Following their visit to check my cooker hood fault, I was told a quote would be forthcoming. However, after three weeks waiting, there has been no quote or response when I contacted them. It would have been helpful and time saving if they had let me know why they had decided not to issue a quote.
