Following their visit to check my cooker hood fault, I was told a quote would be forthcoming. However, after three weeks waiting, there has been no quote or response when I contacted them. It would have been helpful and time saving if they had let me know why they had decided not to issue a quote.

Brilliant service. Super professional and friendly. Four new feature lights fitted in our home, and an existing one moved to another room. They were fairly delicate and Mike had no issues at all fitting them, and all very straight forward; would highly recommend.
