We were really impressed with Mohamad’s service from start to finish. He responded promptly to our initial message and visited soon after to assess the issue / check what toilet seat would be needed. During that visit, he also provided a temporary fix for a flushing problem. Once he’d sourced the toilet seat for us, he returned promptly to fit this and completed a more permanent repair to the flushing mechanism. Mohamad was responsive when asking about his services and whether it would be possible to install the purifier under the kitchen sink. He gave me a quote upfront, arrived exactly on time, did a great job with the installation and tidied up afterwards as well! Great guy would call him again for help.

No lengthy wait on the phone or for an appointment & spoke directly to the plumbing / heating engineer, Mo himself. After sending a photo he was able to diagnose the likely problem; provide a reasonable quote & brought the necessary equipment / parts that avoided delay. Mo was efficient & professional; tidy & provided advice when asked. As a result I gave a tip to show my appreciation & booked him to renew my kitchen taps / plumbing beneath the the sink. Therefore I would not hesitate to use his excellent service again & highly recommend him - many thanks, Jane

A highly efficient and expert servicing of my Megaflow unvented hot water cylinder. A descaling procedure and replacement of a heating element was carried out in addition to the standard servicing as requested. I would highly recommend MTC Plumbing - five stars!
