Excellent service from start to finish. My roof was repaired professionally, quickly, and to a very high standard. The team were reliable, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the work properly, turned up when they said they would, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Welcome my name is Martin I am the director of MTA property maintenance established in 2017 i have built and expanded my company through workmanship , trust and regular customer support.
I work solely but for larger scale jobs I subcontract my trusted professional subcontractors.
For 9 plus years I have made some great networks and relationships with tradesmen’s and customers through maintaining, repairing and replacing roofs for not only homeowners but businesses too.

UPVC facias and guttering. chimney repairs and rebuilds. Brick repointing. All aspects of lead work . Roof joist work.
I hold a waste disposal carriers license therefore all jobs are left cleared and cleaned .
Safety measures of a subcontracted local scaffolding business used when necessary.
I am available at emergency hours 24-7 for call outs but usually work trade hours from 8 am - 5pm.
I am professional efficient and confident in all aspects of my work I take being on schedule very seriously which is how I have kept great returning regular customers over my 9 years in the trade.
