Perfect work. Answered quickly and helpfully, arrived for job promptly, and did a great job fixing two small but fiddly jobs. Came up with better solutions that I'd thought of, delivered quickly and neatly. I'd definitely use MSW again.

We lost all power in our downstairs sockets. On recommendation we got hold of MSW late one afternoon. 2 hours trying to sort the problem that evening, then another 4 hours the next day tracing the fault. Throughout they were polite and thorough, always willing to answer questions and the procedures undertaken were fully explained. Very highly recommended.
