Mr Starks and colleague were reliable and trustworthy and completed the roof work quickly and well. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Mick. He came out promptly to assess the roof and provided a fair, reasonable quote. The following week, he returned to carry out the work — efficient, self-sufficient, and got straight on with the job. He communicated timings clearly and even came back for an extra day when the chimney stack took longer than expected. We were so pleased with both Mick and the quality of the work that we asked him to de-moss the roof as well. Bonus points for being supervised by his lovely dog, who happily chilled in the van. Would definitely use Mick again!

Mick repointed our chimney and repointed and refitted some ridge tiles where needed. He provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done, followed up with a written quote. We are very pleased with his work and would use him again.

Mick immediately impressed us because of the four roofers we called to give estimates he was the only one to really take his time, examine the roof inside and out, and offer making good as an option rather than dismissing this & pricing for a new roof. We really wanted to preserve the green 1930's tiles & he has done an impressive job in doing just this - carefully removing the original tiles, and putting in new breathable membrane, battens & ridegtiles & then relaying the original tiles. We'd thoroughly recommend - in a class of his own & excellent value for money.

Mike turned up promptly to replace some loose roof tiles, was very friendly on arrival, rectified the problem quickly and tidied up afterwards. His communication was very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again with any roofing issues. Would highly recommend.
