Fixing leaking radiator

Excellent all round. I thought I needed new valves fitted but he managed to fix both valves and stop the leaking. Was quoted a lot more by another company as they said they would need to drain the whole system, MSR managed to complete the job without having to. Very professional and not a money grabber. I will be using MSR for any future work. Would recommend.

Pleasant, courteous, quick and efficient. Also very reasonably priced. And for no additional charge, Mohammed also gave me a tutorial on how to work my new boiler and RF thermostat and even fixed my shower rail free of charge! Can recommend.

The engineer arrived in good time, kept us informed of his schedule so we were prepared for his arrival. He was very efficient and carried out the job in a timely manner with no fuss and no mess. He informed us what the job entailed and explained what he would be doing to get the job done. Very courteous and personable and I would not hesitate to have this engineer again if we had cause to need one. Top notch service all round
