Mark came very quickly when I contacted him to identify the flooring problem. He sent his colleague Alan to actually do the job at very short notice as it was quite a serious problem. He also worked really well and tidily yesterday and today completed the work to save to much inconvenience for us. We thoroughly recommend MS Property services for their prompt and efficient work and would definitely call on them again in the future.

They did an excellent job and they were great on communication.

Mark and Rob are very personable men who were on time and worked efficiently. They tidied up and left everything ship shape. The painting and decorating was excellently completed within a week. I would have no problem recommending them and have already booked them to carry out another job.

Work was carried out to how we wanted. Really pleased with end result. We were consulted and kept informed all throughout the process. They were accommodating to our requests and always punctual and polite. Cleaned up after themselves and always checked in on mum that she was ok as it was her flat they were working on. Great communication from all sides. Would highly recommend if you want any work done.
