Previously completed a job to the highest standard so rebooked. Booked 5wks in advance, day before start said he couldn’t make one of the days and just expected me to be okay with him coming a different day. Only worked 8-2, 8-1 (as he had to pick up his kid) and 8-12:30 so by anyone’s standards not a full day but apparently I was paying for ‘his time’. Getting rid of the carpets in a few wks doesn’t appear he tried to keep it from being ruined he actually mixed the plaster in the living room. Job location: S6Got in touch after the job being advertised for literally seconds, managed to fit us in the following day. Kept us up to date and completed the job to a really high standard, really quickly.
