out of the 4 or 5 builders I messaged to see who would be able to take on our job Mick was the only one that bothered to reply. fast service all round from quoting to starting and completing the job. very friendly, no mess was left, no fuss they just got on with it. thank you very much, would definitely use them again for future jobs

They stepped in and stepped up to save us when our previous contractor ghosted us and left us in the lurch with a garden full of materials and no work completed. All the work they carried out was spot on and completed to a very high standard. We threw them plenty of curve balls with this project and it didn’t phase them at all. Great having them around and will miss the banter.

Great family company. Came out to reboard our car port for us after a water leak. We are so pleased with the level of finish on the job and the thoroughness of the work. Really polite and friendly team, will definitely be keeping their details!

We wanted to extend our bathroom to fit in a bath and a separate shower which meant an internal wall being knocked down and rebuilt in a new location and an external door being moved and bricked up. M Small Building Contractors did a great job; they also installed the new bathroom and project managed the process bringing in an electrian and plumber as and when required. They are a small family run business that are very skilled, pay attention to detail and have a great work ethic. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

M Small Building Contractors have built us a fabulous extension which we are very happy with. They also laid our new patio which was a massive project in itself and helped my huband put together our summer house in between everything else. Very versatile small family team of builders with excellent workmanship, on site regularly Monday through Friday, arriving most days at 8.30am and extremely reliable.
