  Kitchen fitting

  Bought a bespoke kitchen and allocated the installation to M&S. Whilst they did make initial contact there was a necessary delay to the fitting due to other building and heating work required first. They agreed to call back in April but never made contact. Chased 3 times but still no communication. Given up and booked a private fitter. No idea if they could or would ever get round to doing my kitchen but massively unimpressed with their communications and customer service

  I have to say the team were very prompt to respond to the posting on Checkatrade and came the next day to review the job and provide a quotation. They were keen to complete as soon as was convenient to me. They were considerate to keeping disruption to a minimum and worked very quickly. Work was finished to a high standard. Price was very reasonable when compared to other quotations received. I would definitely ask for quotations for other jobs from them.

  The M&S team were professional, punctual and reliable. Prices were reasonable for the quality of work. They were able to come up with solutions to multiple issues we had and they even travelled to Selco to get extra parts when it was required. Highly recommended!
