Drylining, tiling two walls, fitting new shower and re-fitting bath, basin and toilet. Some satisfactory work, but over all the quality was well below the standard one might reasonably expect. The shower enclosure was not installed properly (and small parts removed from the site) voiding the warranty. The bath was left creaking badly. Finish was very poor. Adequate care was not taken to protect surfaces e.g. work boots in the bath, nicks in edge of new shower tray. Walked off without putting anything right and only agreed to a modest partial refund after Checkatrade intervened.

There are 2 sides to every story, there were a few snags that can occur in any trade and I was happy to return and correct but was not left to rectify them. The customer insisted on getting involved and made the working conditions virtually impossible.
