    Replacing an old bridge in a woodland walk

    MSH Gardens replaced an old bridge in my garden. The new bridge was beautifully made and strongly constructed. The old bridge was burnt and the site was left tidy at the end of the day. I was delighted with the work they did.

    Matt and Chris have very recently removed a tall, dying leylandi hedge for us ,removed a chain link fence behind it and put up a new fence with concrete posts as well as pruning back a very tall hedge overhanging a neighbours garden. they have provided an excellent service ,have organised everything, from booking a skip, to ordering fencing panels , posts and arranging delivery., They are extremely professional , hardworking, competent workers who clearly are very knowledgeable. They also clear away afterwards. Outstanding service and won’t hesitate to use them again

    Matt has been providing a number of garden maintenance and improvement services for a couple of years now and the overall appearance of our garden has vastly improved. Matt has provided regular maintenance/ upkeep as well as larger projects such as removing raised beds and replacing with bark. Mat has also replaced old fencing and given guidance on planting etc. As a general all-rounder Matt has been great and we would definitely recommend.

I have over 22 years’ experience. I have previously worked on prestigious private estates for 14 years. I have also worked for the Crown Estate as a gardener and tree surgeon. I decided to go self-employed and set up my business in 2015.


I completed a First Diploma in Horticulture and also NPTC City & Guilds in Tree Surgery at Merrist Wood College, which is the UK's leading arboriculture and horticultural college.


MSH Gardens have full public liability insurance and are certificated in the safe and competent use of equipment.
