Difficult Boiler Installation - perfect result!

Ryan Campbell from MS Heating and Plumbing was outstanding. When others, including Valliant, wouldn’t take on the job, Ryan stepped up and delivered expert boiler installation. His workmanship is top-notch, but what impressed me most was his follow-up and excellent network—reliable roofers and scaffolders made everything seamless. Highly recommended!

Replaced thermostate box for boiler.

What's app to him with issues I had. He responded quietly quickly (as always) agreed a day and time to arrive. This happened. Viewed, inspected, and identified problem. Bought part (not overcurgent issue) within a couple of days. Left key for him outside to allow him access to carry out work while at work. All done A1. Trust complety. Has done numerous other jobs for me. Always services my boiler each year.

Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing. From consultation, through to finishing the job. He gave advice, but no pressure - just expertise. We felt really confident leaving him to just get on with the job and he had a key. Super super trustworthy. He also put a new boiler in, which was really quick, tidy and efficient. Really recommend him.
