Work completed fine no issues. Incredibly expensive for 15 minutes work, charged £130. Unacceptable pricing, and would not recommend as a result.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing was clearly explained and agreed to before the visit and again onsite. We use fixed, upfront rates so customers know the cost regardless of the time required. If there were concerns, they could have been raised prior to or during the appointment, in person or by phone. As the work was approved and completed, the charge is correct.
