Low effort, poor workmanship and generally no pride in his work. I asked for the bolts to be replaced at the top and bottom of my balcony doors. Replacement of three blown window panes. A repaint and general tidying up of the doors. He clearly took the job knowing he does not knowing he does not know how to do this. Wood filler used instead of putty. Gaps around the panes. Did not buff the doors for a smooth application. Told me the job was two days, rushed it in a few hours and now will not come back to make good. Wants £420, was very rude!

Had to wait a few weeks but a tidy job in resolving the door issue, very happy with result.

MS Fixing arrived in good time. They were tidy in their work and polite at all times. They repaired my gate that was almost hanging off/rotten, replaced all the rotten wood/hinges and have now made it really strong again. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I am looking forward to them doing another carpentry job on my garden fence. Highly recommended.
