  Straightforward to organise the job and payment. Competitive pricing. Jack did a great job in terms of his skills but he was a pleasure to deal with. From asking if we wanted him to take his shoes off on entry, to his general demeanour and then ensuring he showed us, although we didn’t ask, but for our reassurance, that he’d done the job properly. Refreshing to deal with a skilled and sound person!
