Excellent and reliable service. Marcel was fantastic! After 5 failed attempts with other window cleaners to turn up, or be willing to clean our windows because we don’t have outdoor access to back of house, we finally came across Marcel on checkatrade. He turned up at the time agreed, was very pleasant and did a great job of cleaning our poorly neglected windows. He had a portable unit that he could bring through the house to the back. He was tidy, efficient and polite. We feel confident to book him on a regular basis and certainly will share his details with friends and family.

Marcel and his colleague came to the door and explained what they are going to do. Marcel then did a thorough clean of the exterior windows using soap and water with telescopic pole (it's 3rd floor flat), ensuring that the windowsills are clean. He also came into the flat afterwards to inspect the exterior windowsills and finish off anything he couldn't get with brush. His colleague did the great job cleaning the windows inside including the glass, frame and the grooves with no streaks. Overall a great job at a very reasonable and competitive price. We will definitely be using them again.
