  HIGHLY recommend excellent workmanship and good communication.

  M&S building team just completed three full gut and renovation projects which included two bathroom and one cloakroom. I was very impressed with. The communication before and during the project was precise and projects were completed in the specified timeframe. The team gave us GREAT advise, options and solutions to tricky problems encountered during the renovation. Their workmanship is to a VERY high standard and fitted all all the second fix items we got to the highest of standards. Overall I am very happy with all the works carried out and I can say they contributed to the ‘hotel upgrade
