Very fast and efficient work done by malc. He was very professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I needed my washing machine repaired as my husband had arrived home from hospital and needed certain clothing and bedding items urgently. I rang Mr Wash and the phone was answered by a really polite and pleasant man. I told him my situation and he went out of his way to find me someone who could take a look at my washing machine that day. He even phoned me back to reassure me. Later a man called Malcom arrived to look at the machine. He was also really polite and friendly and set to work immediately. it was a difficult fault to find but he found it eventually. A great reliable company to use.

Washer/dryer completely stopped working. Phoned yesterday and asked for someone to come out as soon as possible, they told me that they could come out on Wednesday. I had clothes trapped in the washer so I asked if it would be possible for them to come out next day. They said they’d try and I can confirm that they did. Came next day, very friendly engineer and very quick service at a good competitive price. Would definitely recommend

Courteous and prompt and efficient service

Both Richard & Malcolm practically rebuilt my EBAC washing machine after 7 years of hard use it had pretty much all failed, drum bearings had caused a few other issues so it was a big job. EBAC had called Appliance Service Centre Repairs in to fix it after it was out of action for 2 weeks. They brought along a loan machine so that they could take ours away to bring our machine up to the latest spec so it would easily last another 7 years. When it came back it was pretty much brand new. Fantastic attention to detail - can't recommend them enough.
