Martin responded quickly to my email and visited my flat as soon as was possible. The leak was difficult to trace and the remedial work physically demanding yet was carried out promptly and with no damage to fittings, tiling etc. Throughout I was kept informed of progress and any questions I asked were answered fully. I would recommend MRTG to anyone with plumbing problems.

Martin recently fitted our new boiler. It’s working great! He was prompt on arrival, and left the place spotlessly clean. Martin explained processes and details of the changes, which is helpful because I’ll now know how some of the things work! Highly recommended!

Martin changed a conventional for a combi boiler, removing the pump, cylinder and capping off the tank. Bearing in mind every room was affected as the radiators had to be flushed, the house was left exactly as it was when he arrived - no mess at all. This isn't the first time Martin has done work for me, he is such a lovely guy and I would thoroughly recommend him.

I ran into these chaps at my local plumbers merchants in ladbroke Grove - they helped get the right fitting I needed at the counter, showed me how to put the fitting on , and even paid for it from their account ! Priceless old fashioned and kind approach . I took their details and will use them. Its a great attitude they've shown, well done and thanks .

It is the third time I have used Martin - various jobs (big and small). He has always been prompt, efficient, courteous and done an excellent job. It is difficult to find a reliable, trustworthy plumber these days. I feel fortunate to have found MRTG. Highly recommended.
