  House repointing

  Can't fault anything from the initial contact through to completing the job. From the scaffolding going up to the job being completed, the lads turned up every day, grafted hard in some testing weather conditions, kept me updated and informed throughout and bar one part of the job not being completed (which was discussed as it wasn't possible to do in the end) I was happy with everything they did. So much so I have asked them to come back and look at another job that needs doing in the new year.

  From the start discussing the job, arranging work to be completed to actually carrying out the work it was easy and stress free. Michael went above and beyond and i was impressed with the work carried out. He even went the extra mile doing some work that wasnt included in discussion or quote and wouldnt accept any extra for the work. I will definately be using Michaels business again as I do have more work that needs doing and will be recommending him to everyone. Truely impressed after years of cowboys. Thank you

  Patch repointing to fix internal damp

  I contacted two tradespeople to investigate whether repointing was needed to fix internal damp issues in my house. One person (with a high no of positive reviews on here) quoted around £2700 to patch repoint a large section of the wall, which included scaffolding and a guarantee for his work. The guy was genuine, but I was stressed about the cost. Then Michael came out to quote. Unlike the previous guy, he got on a ladder and identified the exact source where repointing was needed. He charged £350. He was thorough, proactive, reliable, efficient and human. Very grateful to him. 💯 recommend.
