    Arranged boiler service. Some other issues were spotted and parts replaced. Very thorough and explained what needed doing, why, showed images etc, offered repair or replace prices where appropriate. Prices seemed fair to me. Will use again.

    Great experience

    I had a HIVE heating control unit. Booking was really easy, they had good availability and were able to come in the afternoon as I asked. I also asked if the engineer could wear a mask as I'm immunocompromised which he was happy to do. It was all done quickly and easily. Would happily use them again.

    They responded quickly, were able to attend to the boiler the next day, and were also able to accommodate an additional query I had on the day in question, when discussing the supply of new parts, etc. They were also willing to show me a visual inspection of the damaged part in question and outline what went wrong before repairs took place.
