  damp on living room

  Very happy with Mick, He helped us and explained where the problem was and spoke to the neighbors as the damp was caused by them. honest and advice on best course of action. I will definitely use his service again.

  We needed a significant amount of work to treat and prevent damp

  We had a number of issues that Mick solved for us, including damp proofing, new air bricks, passive vents, and eventually some structural support to our rear wall. Mick was great, kept us up to date throughout with what he'd done, what he still needed to do, and with new issues he'd uncovered. For the new issues, he gave us the choice of whether we'd like to proceed with a fix or if we were happy to live with it, which gave us confidence that he was working in our best interests. We'll definitely be having him back when we move onto the next stage of renovations!

  Damp investigation, guttering & passive air vent installation

  Mick initially came with a thermo imager to loo at how damp my back walls were & quickly discovered the cause. He gave me a very reasonable quote to sort the guttering & install an air vent in the external wall, we booked him in & he came with his worker to complete the job swiftly. They also tidied & cleaned everything up before they left. Highly recommended.

  Roof aeration/damp proofing/wall leak fixing/vent fittings

  After being stung by some dodgy tradesmen in the past, Mick came to the rescue. Very professional, very clean, very reliable and a really nice guy. Would recommend to anyone - especially those with damp/condensation issues. Mick is able to give you a comprehensive overview of your house and help you work out where your condensation is coming from thanks to his heat camera.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Damp Investigation and Damp Proofing

  In our new house we found some damp areas. We contacted Mr R Construction, and even though it in mid December, Mr R Construction were able to come out promptly, and perfom the thorough Damp Survey just before Christmas. They gave incredibly clear and detailed feedback on findings, and what work was recommended. They then came back in January, and carried out that work. All work was to a high standard, the Mr R Construction team were fantastic and left no mess, and communication throughout the process could not have been better. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will be using them again!

  Damp Proofing

  Mick provided a damp survey with a thermal imaging camera, very knowledgeable and suggested solutions to help improve damp/ condensation issues mostly to do with ventilation. He then installed air bricks, passive air vents, lowered the ground in the front garden accordingly, removed plants growing in the bay window and injections. Very courteous and efficient, got the job done. Good communication throughout the week of work and very satisfied with the finished product.
