Mike was recommended to me by a mutual friend. I made direct contact and Mike was very responsive and positive. He came around to view the existing situation, gave a price for the work, agreed a fitting date, turned up right on time and stayed until the job was complete. Workmanship was excellent. Paid attention to detail and discussed our requirements. His experience was essential and on completion, his fee was very reasonable and the entire family now enjoy the result of his work.

I can’t recommend Mike enough. What a refreshing change to have a professional who clearly enjoys his job and was polite and friendly. Our old boiler had had its day and Mike recommended one that also had a 10 year warranty. We received a written quote the following day and set an agreed date. Mike messaged the date prior to installation to see if all ok for the following day. 2 day job. Mike turned up on time, addressed any concerns, worked hard and alongside his electrician left the job clean and tidy and removed all rubbish at the end of each day. When my gas boiler started acting up, I was quite worried about the prospect of being without hot water or heating over Christmas.
