Omid was first to respond to our call for help; sounded polite, friendly and confident on phone and quoted his call-out rate, so asked him when he could come: he was with us within an hour of our call. He did indeed have a friendly, confident presence. He quickly identified 2 issues: first he easily fixed and said it needed a new door closing mechanism. He researched availability and cost there and then; I accepted quote; he ordered part and left saying it should arrive next day. He came next day, fitted part and total bill was as expected. Really pleased with the service. He originally came out to fix my washing machine, but I asked if he could take a look at the dishwasher as well and he was more than happy to help. Friendly, efficient, and got everything sorted quickly. The cost was nicely affordable too, which I genuinely appreciate. I’d happily use him again in the future.

I had a blocked sink and there was no communication between the watching machine and sink water pipes due to the blockage. As a result I had floods gathering in the kitchen. Mr O wisely took the time to investigate the problem and was able to open or unblock the pipe linked to the washing machine. All is now swiftly working after that miracle. Thanks

The first time I used Mr O he was excellent. The second time he promised to order the parts and then went AWOL. No reply to 6 calls and messages so I'm left without a dishwasher for 2 weeks and now have to find an alternative tradesperson.
