MRM responded very quickly to a leaking roof issue during bad weather. They were very professional and constantly kept me updated. Mason and his team were very professional, polite and prompt. He showed us photos to help us decide and answered any queries we had. They worked tirelessly through horrible weather and made sure they disposed of all the rubbish. I'm usually anxious dealing with trades people, but Mason was extremely professional, and helpful. He gave my roof a thorough inspection, diagnosed my issues, provided good advice, and carried out the work with no fuss, to put my mind at rest. Mason and his lads arrived on time. They conducted themselves in a polite and Buisness manor. Mason explained what need to be done. All work was carried to a high degree. All areas were cleaned and Brocken tiles removed off site. I would used MRM roofing again.
