    Windows can be repaired very reasonably priced

    We had a young man (sorry we didn’t catch his name, but extremely polite and informative) to the house to look at 4 of our windows that we were unable to open etc. He said they could all be repaired with handles and hinges and gave us a price that we happily accepted as very reasonable. The office rang to arrange a date for the works to be carried out and Dean arrived to do this . He rang beforehand to ask if it was ok for him to come a little earlier as ahead of time and that was more than fine with us. He was very efficient and polite, as are the office. Highly recommend Mr Misty. Thankyou.

    we had our double glazed sealed units replaced josh came and gave us a quote very good price Harsha fitted the new sealed units cleaned up and done a good job I would highly recommend this company also a long guarantee

    Really pleased with our new windows; the product quality is high, the workmanship was excellent, and the gentlemen who did the work were friendly, polite, efficient and highly skilled. The work was carried out on time, with very little mess - and what mess there was, they cleared up completely at the end of each day. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Mr Misty 'The Window Doctor' specialises in the replacement of cloudy/misted double glazed sealed units within the Chelmsford, Colchester and Ipswich areas. We specialise in maintenance of windows and doors, eradication of condensation problems, Secondary glazing and Polycarbonates. We replace broken window hinges and handles.

We offer a complete selection of replacement double glazed sealed units of the highest quality, ranging from Sound Proofing to High Insulation Glass, so if you live on a noisy road within the Essex or Suffolk area we can help reduce the road noise!

The highly motivated, experienced and professional improvement team are Managed by myself, Joshua Sheppard. Having been born into and worked within the window industry for many years through my fathers company, Falcon Windows Ltd (est 1984) I have had many years to gain the knowledge and experience that I utilise today with my own company ‘Mr Misty’. We noticed a growing demand for replacement double glazed units and repairs to windows and doors, this is how ‘The Window Doctor’ was born. From the outset I aimed to provide a service in which customer satisfaction, product quality, the highest of installation standards and competitive pricing were the key priorities and heart of my business. Within a few years, the reputation of Mr Misty Ltd had fulfilled all of these objectives and henceforth, is what many consider to be the leading window repairs company in Suffolk and Essex.
