Christopher recommended a good German lock to replace the current one with new locking strips and handles etc. At first, I thought Christopher's quote was a tad on the expensive side. But it took him most of the day to fit. So, considering the quality of the components and the time taken to do the job properly, it was a fair quote. He worked diligently and was very tidy. It now works exactly as we wanted, and the quality feels so much better. I am pleased we gave him our business.

Having viewed very favourable reviews of Christopher’s work, I asked him to come and assess my almost non-functioning front door lock. He came in a timely way, identified the problems and provided a quotaton, which I accepted after a full explanation of the reasons for what was required. All parts and installation plus labour were included in the quotation together with adjustments and overhaul. Christopher came this morning and spent two hours doing a first class job.I would highly recommend his professionalism and workmanship.

Christopher was a refreshingly personable and communicative tradesman. From the very first contact he was polite, transparent and helpful. He completed the job to a very high standard and even went the extra mile sanding down other parts of the gate. He made me feel at ease by communicating every aspect of the job as he did it. I would highly recommend him and will use him again should the occasion arise.

Christopher did a wonderful job, he came out to see what the problem was with our door and immediately knew what needed doing to fix the many problems it had. He did this all within a couple of hours, and was very informative throughout. He let us know exactly what needed doing, how much it would cost, and even explained how exactly the locking system worked on our door and discussed options. Our door now works perfectly with its lovely new lock and handle, our latch no longer catches on the door frame, the door no longer rattles, and no draft any more! Thank you Chris!

Christopher was able to come out within a day. He was delayed by an hour but called to explain and carried out the work incredibly efficiently and professionally.
