Wow! The best service I have ever had from a gas engineer. Our boiler broke down at our caravan and need an urgent repair as our autistic great grandson was down the next day and his bedtime routine involves a shower. Martin came within an hour then spent over an hour on the phone to Ariston trying to solve the issue, the outcome we needed a new boiler. He sourced one that he could collect that friday afternoon ( it was 4pm) then returned 3pm Saturday and installed it, very happy customers who given the situation were not overcharged. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Martin !
