I was having my bathroom renovated. I am very pleased with the result - I felt from the outset that my views and queries were really listened to, and helpful solutions suggested. Ian, and then Davey, were pleasant, engaged, and professional. A glitch occurred after the work was completed, when the person who I understood was coming to sign off the job failed to appear - and a problem with the hot water was not then discovered until the evening - by me - before a weekend. Apart from this, I am very pleased with the new bathroom, and would certainly use this company again.

Tradesman came to fix what I thought was a blocked downpipe, he discovered the true problem which turned out to be a much cheaper job, though still a biggy. Kept me well informed, did an excellent job including some replastering to finish off. Good professional job and a really trustworthy tradesman. Nice helpful lady on the phone for the call in too.

Excellent from start to Finish, communication was excellent, workmanship excellent and excellent quote too. Would highly recommend.

I got a very quick response and the job was done within days. No problem with the noise from the cistern so far.
