10 New 3 way lock and door handles

First time using this guy , have to say how easy he made the completion of this job , fantastic communication on his part , mine a little more sketchy as I didn’t give all the correct info on what lock it was , however he wasn’t fazed by this and went on to complete the job as promised. Can’t thank him enough and definitely recommend anyone out there to give him a call if you too need a locksmith . Mark contacted me early on Monday morning to let me know he could help with the problem. He was helpful and friendly from the get go. We arranged a time a day for his visit. He arrived on time and immediately sorted out the problem. I would recommend him to anyone who needed a locksmith, I can’t rated him highly enough. I cannot highly recommend Mark enough, he was absolutely brilliant. Our window handles had broken, after an attempt to fix them ourselves, we decided it was time to call in a professional. Mark was incredibly professional, friendly and reliable. We contacted him at the weekend and he was able to fit us in today (Tuesday) which was perfect. Really prompt communication from Mark. We sent him a photo of our existing lock which helped him to source what was needed. He arrived on time, and was extremely friendly and efficient explaining in much detail. Expert in all areas of lock work including wooden, UPVC, Glass, Metal and Composite door locks. I cover all domestic and light commercial lock work Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 7.00pm, Sat: 9.30am - 5pm and closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays.
