Michael was great at communicating when he would be available for the jobs and how long it would take him. He was quick to respond to my questions, too. He worked really hard when he was here for multiple days and everything he has fitted is of brilliant quality. He was also very clean! Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Great communication from the start. Listened to what I wanted to achieve and when he wasn't sure, said he would find out, rather than trying to send me immediately in another solution direction. Workmanship was good and left the work areas mostly cleaned up afterwards. Doesn't need to be perfect for me, as I am happier to do the tidy up. Had an issue with another team that where there on the day but he stuck around to make sure that everything got completed and the power went back on the same day.
