Paid a £4,592 deposit for rendering work, but after a long delay I was told the original job could not be completed and was asked for a further £5,000 for a different system. I requested my deposit back as the agreed work could no longer go ahead, but this was refused on the basis it was “non-refundable.” Communication was poor and dismissive, and I do not feel the matter was handled fairly or professionally.

Ralph ive kept in touch all the way through from the job starting everytime you have called i answered all called back weve identified and issue with your prefab propety and it need resolving with a different system which i said ide do it at cost price which was £2,500 not £5000 i said ide take extra measures to ensure the original plan can go ahead and you was dismissive of the situation and wanted to cancel for no reason after that and that would have been a breach of contract. Ive offerd so many ways to solve the situation and help this review is extremly unfair.
