Great workmanship great value left site clean and tidy

Having experienced some rather second-rate maintenance projects in recent years we approached the replacement of our soffits and bargeboards with some concern. However, Mark and his team allayed our concerns, presented a competitive quote, explained other issues that might be required and offered solutions. On the job, Mark was present for all of the time and the team worked as a very professional unit. They continued to work through bad weather and only stopped in the most unpleasant circumstances. Charges for recommended additional work were very reasonable.

I am very happy with the repair to my roof. The work was completed when expected after a short delay due to a storm. They were tidy, punctual and the bill was for the estimate. They were pleasant to deal with though out. Difficult to say much more about a minor roof repair other than it went smoothly and I would use this company again.

I recently had my soffits and fascias replaced by MPL. They were prompt to reply to my initial enquiry, turned up as agreed to give me a quote and gave me two options. The quote was received quickly and it was very easy to book in the work. The team arrived early and completed the work very efficiently. They cleared up all the mess and left my property very tidy. Excellent work and I would recommend if you are thinking of having yours replaced.

The work we can see from the ground all looks pleasing and to a good professional standard. MPL were extremely pleasant, courteous and friendly. Whilst they were working they worked around everything on our property and were very careful. I was always encouraged to ask any questions at all. After MPL left the property was clean and tidy. I was encouraged to call them if there was anything I was concerned about. The work has a 15 year guarantee. Some pre-existing building defects were identified with photographs. At our request they were restored and to a very minimal cost.
