The work we can see from the ground all looks pleasing and to a good professional standard. MPL were extremely pleasant, courteous and friendly. Whilst they were working they worked around everything on our property and were very careful. I was always encouraged to ask any questions at all. After MPL left the property was clean and tidy. I was encouraged to call them if there was anything I was concerned about. The work has a 15 year guarantee. Some pre-existing building defects were identified with photographs. At our request they were restored and to a very minimal cost.

Very pleased with the work carried out by M P L they kept me informed, and left my property clean and tidy when work completed.

Turned up when expected, took care of other repairs and cleaning while on the roof and completed the job as required, will happily use them again

Mark provided and excellent quality in his work and attention to detail; kept to quoted times, the site was left very clean and tidy, there were no problems and I'd be happy in using him again and happy to recommend him to other neighbours.

I am very pleased with the work Mark and his team carried out. They were very punctual and tidied up after themselves, taking away all rubbish as promised. I had to call him back as a fixing was missing which meant the guttering came apart at one point, but he came back the morning afterwards to do the quick fix. He also highlighted to me other issues relating to my roof which I wasn't aware of and am grateful to him for this. I would definitely consider using this firm again.
