  All very good.

  I found this company in the 'Checkatrade' leaflet which had just come through the door. Michael gave me a very good quote and was able to do the work promptly. He worked efficiently and the job was completed in good time. He showed me the finished result and made sure that I could see it all working. He disposed of the old neon tube for me - something for which I was very grateful. Paying was very easy using electronic transfer. all in all a very good experience. I will certainly be using MPL when needed in the future.

  Full EICR of our rented property

  MPL Electrical carried out an EICR of the electrical system. He phoned me to say that the electrical consumer unit needed replacing and that another circuit required investigating. He offered to install a new unit at £1200 and would investigate the 11 socket circuit for £300, total £1800 including VAT. He could then issue a “pass“ EICR. The correct procedure is to issue a “fail” EICR and any required work would be done afterwards. I just paid for the EICR. My property manager sent their own contractor in and there were no problems. A “pass“ EICR was issued. MPL Electrical ??????

  The Skillful Spark

  I have just found my 'go to' electrician for the future. Michael from MPL has just replaced two smoke alarms and a fuse box in my house. He was skilled, friendly, reliable, punctual, in fact, the consummate professional. He advised me on the best products and how they worked, in great detail and why I should choose them. He also left his work area spotless. Excellent!!! I would definitely recommend.

  Main fuse box replacement. Lighting upgrades and local rewiring.

  Michael provided a comprehensive service, fitting ceiling lights in several locations while also upgrading the wiring and replacing the main fuse box. All the work was clearly explained and carried out with the minimum of disruption. Highly recommended.

  Replace old and horrible light spots in bedroom

  Excellent professional Service from someone who clearly cares about his work. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable about new technology. The original laughable spot lights proved a challenge to replace for a long time. MPL Electrical gave an excellent review of the old lights and went away and sourced perfect replacements that suited the room. The work was carried out professionally without any impact to the room or the house despite some challenges regarding location and a very old installation. Delighted with the new lighting. Would recommend this company very highly. Thank You.
